Two consolidated pre-launch revision rounds are included. Foundation assumes client-supplied copy, logo and images. Care allowances replace the preceding tier’s allowance and do not accumulate. Substantial new functionality, e-commerce, custom scheduling and major supplier changes are separately scoped.

Before
we begin.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo, existing brand material, text and images. Growth includes light editing and organisation of supplied copy. Substantial copywriting and new branding are separate.
What does managed care include?
Managed hosting, routine technical maintenance and availability monitoring, plus the scheduled update allowance for your package. Response times are initial acknowledgement targets, not guaranteed repair times.
What happens after 12 months?
Care starts at launch. After the minimum term, it rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice. Your proposal sets out ownership, handover and exit arrangements.
Does Business Profile support guarantee results?
Growth includes initial Google Business Profile support where eligible. Verification, rankings and leads are not guaranteed, and ongoing SEO campaigns are separate.
Can you build a custom application?
Yes, where the scope matches my experience. Discovery comes first. A custom CRM, a portal built from scratch, extensive migrations or complex integrations need a separate specification and quote.
