Standard property
£225Up to four bedrooms; 20 edited images; one visit up to 75 minutes; up to four total working hours.
Large property
From £300Up to six bedrooms; 30 edited images; visit up to two hours; up to six total working hours. Larger estates quoted.
Drone photography
From £199One local site; up to 10 edited aerial images; up to three total hours. Add up to five aerial images to a property shoot from £125.
Property photos + short film
From £650Standard photography plus one 30–60-second film in one format; up to ten total hours and two consolidated film revision rounds.
Promotional film
From £1,200One location; one 60–90-second film; up to four shoot hours within 20 total project hours; two consolidated revision rounds.
Editing / AV operation
£60 / hourEditing: two-hour minimum. AV: from £240 for up to four total hours including preparation and setup, using venue equipment. Hire separate.
All stated hours include planning, communication, production, testing and handover, with travel included where applicable. Hardware, subscriptions and unusual costs are separately agreed. Starting prices depend on the stated scope.
50% to book, balance before final unwatermarked delivery. Standard usage covers your own website, social channels and relevant property listings; paid campaigns, resale, third-party use and exclusivity need a written licence. Aerial work is subject to permissions, suitable cover and safe flight conditions.

Before
we begin.
When will I receive the work?
Target delivery is three working days for property images, ten for short films and fifteen for promotional films, after capture and receipt of required inputs. Dates are confirmed against capacity before booking.
How can I use the images?
Standard usage covers your own website, social channels and relevant property listings. Paid campaigns, third-party use, resale and exclusivity need a written licence. Raw and project files are not standard deliverables.
What if the weather prevents a drone flight?
Aerial work depends on permissions, safe weather and lawful flight conditions. We reschedule the aerial element or refund its agreed undelivered amount.
How do payment and revisions work?
50% to book, with the balance before final unwatermarked delivery. Photographs include one correction round; films include the stated consolidated revision rounds.
